Craig Smith

Craig Smith is the founder and CEO of Trinity Insight. Trinity is a digital optimization firm that helps brands drive profit through data and optimization. Since 2006, Trinity has worked with hundreds of large enterprises across a variety of industries, including financial, retail, and travel - augmenting marketing teams to help with analytics, online acquisition, and conversion optimization. Craig is a frequent guest lecturer at NYU and Villanova University, has an MBA in eCommerce from Temple University, and served as lead eCommerce strategist for both eBay Enterprise and CIGNA Corporation prior to starting Trinity Insight.
