Ken Hans

Ken Hans is a Partner at Blackstone Technology Group and Executive Director of Blackstone’s Digital Services Practice. Founded in 1998, Blackstone is a privately-held global IT consultancy whose mission for the financial services industry is to help banking, lending and investment firms strategically leverage technology to better accomplish its business objectives. Blackstone is deeply involved with many essential aspects of a financial institution’s technology initiatives that support its core business operations. Ken has a 12-year tenure at the firm and has been delivering a wide variety of digital solutions for financial clients in North and Latin America for the past six years. Ken’s many accomplishments include helping financial clients optimize digital customer engagement, enhance omnichannel analytics, equip employees with digital tools to better serve customers, and develop and execute multi-year mobile programs. Ken and his practice’s efforts in such programs helped contribute to Top 100 US banking client’s #1 ranking in J.D. Power’s Satisfaction Study within two core market regions that it serves. Ken began his career at Accenture in their Technology Services Practice where he helped to design, build, and manage delivery of both ERP and custom software solutions for clients. From there he worked for Siebel Systems where he assumed roles in both their pre-sales and sales divisions and garnered such awards as Customer Advocate of the Year, Beyond Expectations Platinum Award, and 100% Quota Attainment Club Winner. Ken holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
